Your Listeria Stops Here order may be cancelled within two (2) business days of the order date provided the Listeria Stops Here kit has not already been shipped to your preferred location. A full refund will be issued for all cancelled orders approved by Alchemy Systems in accordance with this Policy.
If a Listeria Stops Here kit, or any component of a kit, arrives in a damaged state, Alchemy Systems will replace the component part or, if necessary, the entire kit, at no charge to the buyer, provided the damages are confirmed and approved through Listeria Stops Here customer service.
Alchemy Systems may or may not request return of the damaged component parts. If damaged components are requested to be returned, then it shall be at no charge to the buyer.
Customers have seven (7) business days from receipt of the Listeria Stops Here kit to notify Alchemy Systems and initiate the return of unopened kits. If seven (7) business day have transpired since receipt of a kit then you are not eligible for return or refund.
Only unopened complete kits are eligible for a full refund upon return and approval by Alchemy Systems.
No partial refunds will be given for a Listeria Stops Here kit. Per this policy, refunds will only be issued for approved cancelled orders and unused kits that meet all eligibility conditions.
Once your return is received and inspected by Alchemy Systems, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your item(s) and notifying whether a refund has been approved or rejected.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If your refund is approved then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within ten (10) business days.
If you haven’t received a refund within ten (10) business days of being notified of an approved refund then please contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
